Current vacancies are advertised on www.jobsireland.ie. Select 'Cork' and 'Community Employment Scheme' to search all vacancies in Cork Schemes, including CCCG. Please follow application details carefully, or your application may not be registered.
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over for the Childcare, Health and Social Care sectors and 25 years of age or over for all other areas. Applicants must also be in receipt of an eligible Irish social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
If you do not have email, you can ring your Local Employment Services/Intreo Office to check your eligibility and to apply for vacancies. Vacancy reference number and your PPS number will be required.
If you do have email, then you can email corkcityast@welfare.ie . Put "Nomination to CE Vacancy" as your Subject. Give your name, your PPS number and the reference number of the vacancy for which you wish to apply. You eligibility will be checked and your name will be added to the applications list if you are eligible.
Applications can not be taken directly by the CE Scheme. Once we get the list of referrals from DSP, we will contact applicants for their CV and to set up an interview.
